Opportunity Description

The Branch Manager position was created to expand Laubacher Multimedia's reach into the marketplace. Our plan is to open branch offices throughout Connecticut and the surrounding states. The order and location of which will be deteremined by our ability to find the right person to head each branch.

The Branch Manager's primary responsibly will be marketing and sales of our products and services. A training program has been developed to help new Branch Managers build their network and sell effectively in their area. A secondary responsibility will be to oversee projects for customers in their area.

The compensation package is a mix of commission and hourly. The Branch Manager will control their earnings much like a real estate agent controls their earnings. It will be based on the network they develop, the partnerships they establish, and the amount of revenue driven through their branch.


Responsibilities


  • Network with business organizations in your geographical area
  • Evaluate business networks and marketing opportunities in your area
  • Grow the Laubacher Multimedia brand (i.e. MyWebDept.com) in your area
  • Work with prospects to develop the best web strategy for them taking into account their goals, wants, and budget
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts
  • Communicate project requirements to production team
  • Oversee progression of project from start to finish (where applicable)
  • Gather content for websites
  • Set up Content Management account and page information
  • Manage communications between customers and production team

Requirements


  • A Bachelors degree or relevant business experience
  • Relevant experience could include having professional experience in sales, sales management, marketing, or retail management
  • PC literate in the Windows environment with specific knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Verifiable problem solving skills
  • Some HTML experience
  • Business networking experience a plus
  • B2B sales experience a plus
  • Business management, or business ownership experience preferred
