Tim Laubacher

Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Tim Laubacher has helped dozens create and implement strategies for their web site presence.  Since it's inception in 2003, Tim has personally designed and developed over 50 web sites for small businesses and organizations.

Tim's education is in multimedia studies and business.  He has developed skills not only in web design, but traditional graphic design as well.  Add to that Tim's experience managing and running businesses and you have someone who knows what solutions will work best for a business's unique situation.

Before starting Laubacher Multimedia, Tim spent seven years in retail management before moving on to a product management role for AMS Services, a technology provider for the insurance industry.  After five years at AMS, Tim moved on to help Duck Creek Technologies as an implementation specialist helping in the technical sales of one of the most successful software companies in the industry.

Tim's career has brought him into projects where he has learned and developed skills in many languages and technologies.  Tim is fluent in HTML, XML, JavaScript, XSLT, ASP, and SQL scripting.  Tim has developed many database driven applications using MS Access and SQL Server including the current Portal used by Laubacher Multimedia.

Kevin McCluskey

Vice President / Chief Developer

Kevin's ten years of web development experience is evident in the work he produces as the Product Development Manager.  Kevin has developed numerous web-based applications for use in the corporate world as well as small businesses.

Kevin has been a major contributor to the MyWebDept.com Portal.  Kevin developed the Gallery and Document Manager, the Project Services application, and several other key components to the Portal.

Kevin also heads up the Customer Service division.  He manages the release process for sites, handles hosting and email issues, and mentors junior developers on the team.

Kevin is an expert ASP developer and has a strong background with database driven applications, XML, and web services.  Kevin is also an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and the full Macromedia Suite including Dreamweaver.

Kevin joined the Laubacher Multimedia team in 2006 and is a principal in the company.

Debbie Bailey-Laubacher

Secretary/Treasurer

Debbie's fifteen years experience as a project manager in the software industry contributes greatly to the success of Laubacher Multimedia.  Besides performing the duties of secretary and treasurer for Laubacher Multimedia, Debbie also does the bookkeeping and office management.

Debbie runs the consulting side of Laubacher Multimedia and is the key contact for our largest customer.  She also manages and trains our consulting team and develops new strategies for growing the consulting portion of our business.

Debbie's expertise is in managing large software development projects.  Her ability to learn the details of the project enables her to manage it with the highest level of confidence and efficiency.

Debbie received her degree from Central Connecticut State University.  She spent fifteen years in the insurance industry working for Travelers and Aetna before moving on to AMS Services.  Debbie left AMS in 2004 to work with Duck Creek Technologies as a project manager for their largest clients.  In 2006 Debbie joined the Laubacher Multimedia team full time and is a principal in the company.

Josh Miclette

Web Site Designer

Josh Miclette is LMM's primary web designer.  Josh is a highly respected web designer with years of experience designing and building successful web sites.  Josh's creativity and knowledge of best practices combine in some of LMM's most successful sites.

Jill Heuer

Business Analyst

Jill Heuer has worked for Laubacher Multimedia as a Business Analyst since 2006. Jill's detail oriented work ethic makes her an especially good asset on our largest projects.
