The new owner, who also owns State House Square in downtown Hartford, purchased the property for a reported $6.7 mill. The vacant office building was most recently occupied (then vacated) by United Healthcare. According to Jones Lang LaSalle, the selling agent for the property, FBE Limited and Cammeby's International plans to renovate then lease the building.

The report shows the national industrial real estate markets in recovery. Additionally the overall vacancy rate reduced from 10.1% to 10%.
