(7/26/2010) Brain Injury Association of Connecticut, an independent non-profit organization dedicated to individuals (and families and caregivers of individuals) with brain injuries, while increasing the communities understanding of brain injuries and prevention, has signed a long term lease for 3,095 square feet at 200 Day Hill Road, Windsor CT. BIA will relocate from 333 East River Drive, East Hartford at the end of July. Sentry Commercial represented BIA in the lease negotiation.

(6/29/2010) Condor Properties LLC has recently purchased the former Gerber Scientific facility at 425 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor CT. Condor purchased the 97,700 square foot multi unit facility from 425 Sullivan Avenue LLC for $2,000,000. Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in this transaction.

(6/23/2010) New Samaritan Corp., the foremost non-profit provider of affordable housing in Connecticut, has signed a lease for 6,033 square feet of office space at 127 Washington Avenue, North Haven CT. (5/19/2010) The Rideshare Company, a non-profit commuter services company that administers commuter and vanpool programs, has signed a long term lease for office and warehouse space at 1404 Blue Hills Avenue, Bloomfield CT. Rideshare, the third largest commuter and vanpool network in the country, signed a lease for 13,770 square feet with Babcock and Brown Parallel Blue Hills Avenue, LLC. CSB intends to occupy approximately 10,000 square feet of the 20,000 square foot industrial building. Vanguard Direct will continue to occupy the other half of the building.
